Wake Up Call is a telephone call made by Front Office to a guest Room to waken the guest at a time requested by them.
Other definition:
Wake up call is the previously scheduled telephone call made from the hotel front desk (now mostly automated) to specific hotel room to wake up the guest or to provide a reminder.
