Guest History  is a record maintained for each guest who has stayed at the Hotel with a separate entry for each visit and details of rooms assigned, rates, special needs, credit rating and personal preferences. Guest histories are a valuable reference tool for marketing, reservations and credit departments, and are now more readily available through the increased use of computers and other technology.
