Luggage is more or less the same concept as "baggage", but is normally used in relation to the personal baggage of a specific person or persons (e.g. I have lost my luggage, he has prepared his luggage, but not normally I have lost my baggage, he has prepared his baggage).
Luggage Forwarding is the instead of carrying your luggage with you or checking it at the airport, luggage forwarding allows the client to ship their luggage directly to their destination.
lugging is when a motor is way below its power curve and is struggling to propel the car in a given gear; downshifting one gear usually will put the car back into its powerband and pick up the pace.
