Available Rooms are the number of rooms normally available in the Hotel on a DAY to DAY basis, LESS those permanently used for some purpose other than guest occupancy.

Average Daily Rate (ADR) is also known as Average Room Rate. The total Room Revenue for a given period (day, month, month to date, year to date), divided by the number of rooms occupied for the same period.

Average Occupancy is a ratio that shows Rooms Sold over a fixed period of time as a percentage of total Available Rooms in a Property over the same period of time.

- Average Occupancy per Room : Average Occupancy PER Room is a ratio that shows the average number of paid guests for each Room sold. This figure measures management's ability to use the Lodging facilities.

Average Published Rate (APR) is average of single low, single high, Double low and Double high published Room rates.

- Average Room Rate : Average Room Rate is the total Room Revenue for a given period (day, month, month to date, year to date), divided by the number of rooms occupied for the same period.

- Average Room Rate Achieved : Average Room Rate Achieved is average of the Room rates resulting in Room sales which a Hotel has experienced for a given time period
