All-Expense Tour

All-Expense Tour  is a Tour that offers all or most services: meals, lodging, transportation, sight-seeing (etc), for a pre-established price.

However, the terms 'all-expense' and 'all-inclusive' are normally much misused, as almost no tour rate will cover everything. The terms and conditions of a tour contract should specify exactly what is covered.
