prix fixe is the meals offered at a fixed price, usually fairly low, consisting of several courses with no substitutions allowed. Common in Europe
A process is a set of "interrelated or interacting activities which transforms inputs into outputs" (ISO, 2000a:7).
Process design is the involves specifying all practices needed, flowcharting, rationalisation and error prevention.
Process improvement is a proactive task of management aimed at continual monitoring of a Process and its outcome and developing ways to enhance its future.
